I am married and the mother of two daughters. Although both my husband and I are originally from the Midwest, we now really consider NOVA our home. I opted to stay home with our children while they were young, but could not resist the opportunity to go back to work in 2011 at KUC. I love teaching the twos class because the children have a new and refreshing view of the world. It is amazing to watch them develop over the school year. Since they have no other school experiences, I feel privileged to be their first teacher and strive to make their introduction to school a positive one.

I started with KUC as a substitute teacher in 2013. I started working with three year olds in 2014. It is such a privilege and a joy spending my time with the KUC kids. I have 3 children of my own at home who are growing too fast.
