I am very excited and feel privileged to be a part of the KUC team. I live in Broadlands with my husband and our blended family of one daughter, two sons and two crazy dogs. I love the outdoors, travel, science, art and music.
It is such a joy to be working with the three year olds; they are truly adorable, fun and curious. Each day brings something new and it’s just fun to see their playfulness in everything they do. When in a fun-loving, positive academic environment, their potential is endless.
Assistant Teacher (MWF) – Jessica Esquivel
I am married with two children, one of which graduated from KUC and one who is currently attending. We have lived in Sterling for almost 3 years. I have a background in education and a passion for helping children grow into strong independent people. My love for KUC began when my I witnessed the way the teachers welcomed my daughter into their hearts. They comforted her on her hard days, and celebrated her accomplishments. That same love and compassion is what made me want to be a part of this family, helping children to grow and learn. I am excited to be a part of the lives of these children and a member of the KUC family!
Assistant Teacher (TThF) – Maricella Jones
I joined the KUC family in 2017 as a Spanish teacher. I live in Sterling with my husband and my three children who are and have been part of the KUC family. For me, the most wonderful thing about working with children is to see how preschoolers want to learn about the world just as much as we want to teach them. I consider it a privilege to be with them and support them during this part of their lives. I especially enjoy such important moments like seeing when a child writes their name for the first time thanks to your help, it’s priceless.
